Connect ChatMaven to Google Sheets to sync data and use spreadsheets with your agents.

Connecting Google Sheets

Follow these steps to connect your Google Sheets account to ChatMaven.

Step 1: Go to Settings > Agents > Integrations > Google Sheets.

Step 2: Click Configure.

Step 3: You will see Connect with Google. Click on it.

Step 4: You will be asked to connect with Google. Sign in and connect with the Gmail account you want to use.

Step 5: Click Advanced, then click Go back to chatmaven.ai and continue.

Step 6: Select All and click Continue.

Step 7: Your Google Sheets are connected successfully.


FAQ and troubleshooting

Rows are not appending to my sheet.

Confirm the sheet is shared with the connected Google account (or service account, if used), that the tab name and range match the configuration, and that the integration points at the correct spreadsheet ID.

I see permission denied from Google.

Re-run OAuth with a user that has edit access to the spreadsheet. Domain-wide delegation and corporate Google Workspace restrictions can block API access—check with your admin.

Can I map custom columns?

Use the field mapping or column order defined in the integration UI. If a column is missing, add it to the sheet header row first, then retry.
